A dental implant is a small titanium fixture placed into the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth. Once integrated with the bone, it provides a stable foundation for a custom-made crown, bridge or implant-supported denture.
At Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale, dental implant treatment is carefully planned according to your oral health, bone structure, bite and individual needs. Dr Neda Gorji has postgraduate training and a special interest in dental implant dentistry, providing personalised implant care for patients across Mona Vale and Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Dental implants can replace a single missing tooth, several missing teeth or support a denture. At Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale, we offer a range of dental implant solutions designed to restore function, comfort and confidence in your smile.
Dental implants provide a reliable and natural-looking way to replace missing teeth and restore everyday function. At Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale, we carefully plan dental implant treatment to complement your smile, bite and individual oral health needs.
Dental implants are designed to closely resemble natural teeth. A custom-made implant crown can be carefully matched to the shape, size and colour of your surrounding teeth for a natural and harmonious result.
Replacing missing teeth with dental implants can help restore chewing function, bite stability and confidence when eating and speaking. Because the implant is supported by the jawbone, it provides a secure foundation for the final restoration.
After a tooth is lost, the surrounding jawbone can gradually reduce over time. A dental implant transfers functional forces to the bone and can help maintain bone in the area of the missing tooth.
With careful treatment planning, good oral hygiene and regular dental reviews, dental implants can provide a durable, long-term solution for replacing missing teeth.
At Park St Dental Practice, in Mona Vale, dental implant treatment begins with careful assessment and personalised planning. Using clinical examination, digital scanning and 3D imaging where appropriate, Dr Neda Gorji and our team assess your teeth, gums, bite, smile and available bone to determine a suitable approach for your dental implant treatment.
Your dental implant journey begins with a comprehensive consultation at Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale. We assess your teeth, gums, bite, medical and dental history, and discuss your needs and treatment goals.
Detailed 3D imaging (CBCT) and digital technology help us assess available bone and surrounding anatomy and carefully plan the position of your dental implants for your individual clinical needs.
Following your assessment, we develop a personalised dental implant treatment plan based on your individual needs, including the recommended approach, treatment stages and restoration options.
At Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale, every dental implant journey is carefully planned around your individual needs. Following your consultation and digital assessment, Dr Neda Gorji and our dental team develop a personalised treatment plan, from implant placement and healing through to your final restoration. Our aim is to restore the function, appearance and confidence of your smile with carefully planned dental implant treatment.
Your dental implant is carefully placed into the jawbone according to your personalised treatment plan, usually under local anaesthetic. Where appropriate, digital planning and 3D imaging help guide implant placement based on your individual anatomy and treatment needs.
Following implant placement, the surrounding bone is allowed time to heal and integrate with the implant. This biological process, known as osseointegration, helps create a stable foundation for your final implant restoration.
Once your dental implant has integrated successfully, we carefully plan and fit your final restoration. Depending on your needs, this may be a single implant crown, implant-supported bridge or implant-supported denture, designed to restore function and complement your smile.
Long-term care is an important part of dental implant treatment. We provide regular reviews and professional maintenance to monitor your implants, gums, bite and restoration and help support the long-term health and function of your smile.
At Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, dental implant treatment is carefully planned around you. From your initial consultation through to implant placement and your final restoration, we aim to provide continuity of care in a familiar and supportive environment. Digital scanning and 3D imaging (CBCT) are used where appropriate to assess your teeth, gums, bite and available bone and assist with precise dental implant treatment planning.
We provide dental implant treatment in Mona Vale for patients across the Northern Beaches, from replacing a single missing tooth to multiple teeth and implant-supported restorations. Each treatment plan considers your oral health, anatomy, function, smile and long-term needs.
Our focus is not simply on placing a dental implant. We carefully consider how your implant restoration will look, feel and function as part of your overall smile, with ongoing reviews and maintenance to support its long-term health.
